Probably.The best thing to do is to get to know the people that work at the store, and come in on a regular basis.Once you get to know the folks that work there,well enough that they appreciate your coming by, they'll usually let you leave a few Business Cards on the counter, next to the Cash Register.That way, you can get the attention of everyone coming by, not just those buying Gas.Just go into any Quik Mart / 7-11 / Handy Mart. and you'll probably see a few Business Cards on the Counter.But remember, it's their store, and they have the right to say yes or no to your cards, so you have to make it worth their while.

yes, but then i wont do business with anyone that did that anyways. kinda like putting your flyer in my mailbox and not mailing it threw the post office. i do report the flyers to the post office though.

Yes, that's private property.

It's considered soliciting, and if they tell you to stop and get off their property...it's trespassing.
