Worrying about the past is a waste of time for I cannot change it. Worrying about the future is a waste of time because no one can EVER know what is going to happen in the future. So by living one day, or even one moment at a time I can focus on the moment. It's only by doing that, that I can be happy about whatever is going on in my life right now!
