It means blase, or so familiar with some category of things that you are unable to experience the normal emotions it would inspire. For example, if you had been abused for so long that you took it as a matter of course, rather than getting upset about it.

Basically it means bored and pissed off.

Jaded means, cold,impassive,indifferent,nonchalant,or world-weary, take your pick.

It means 'past the point of being tired', and it can be applied to any situation of which one has had enough. Eg, sick of, fed up, 'over', had enough of, tired of, exhausted, hardened or inured.
