Probably have, to some complete d!ckwad at somepoint, but dont remember doing so.

nah. That doesn't change the mind set of the asker. I give thumbs down if I dislike the answer, which is hardly ever.

If I really like someones answer than I give them the thumbs up.
If someones answer is racist in any way I usually give them a thumbs down but I don't really give too many thumbs down after all its their opinion and who am I to say that their answer is bad.
If its really bad and really racist them I might report them but for that only!!
