Yes, that is correct. In the second round of the playoffs the lower seed remaining plays the #1 seed (Dallas) and the higher seed plays the #2 seed (Green Bay). Obviously, if Seattle wins, as the #3 seed, they would be the higher seed and would be heading for Wisconsin.

Yes, if the Seahawks beat the Skins next week they will play the Packers. The Packers are the #2 seed, so they will play the highest seed to come out of the wildcard round which the Seahawks would be if they won. The Seahawks are the #3 seed, the Bucs are the #4 seed, and the Giants are the #5 seed with the Skins the #6 seed.

Thats right, because the Cowboys play the lowest seed remaining and Seattle is number 3. No matter who wins the game between the Giants and Bucs they will still have a lower seed and play the Cowboys. The thing is though... the Seahawks aren't going to beat the Redskins... GO SKINS!! Then the Redskins would play the Cowboys and the winner of the other game will play the Packers... GO SKINS!!!

Yes, Seattle is the 3rd seed. Therefore, if they win, they will the be the highest seed to advance to round 2 (of the 4 teams playing next week). That guarantees they will play the Packers.
If Washington wins, they will play Dallas because they will be the lowest seed.

Yes if all home teams win next week it would go 1-4 2-3 so that would make a Sea GB second round game

Youu are exactly right. The winner of the other team would be the lowest seed and would play Dallas. The first guy does not understand the seeding process. That is clear.

Automatically. The top seed can not play the 3rd seed in the divisional. Just like the pats cant play the chargers until the AFC champ game
