If they wear panty hose they will look like freak shows and they won't get drafted. which we all know they want to make millions of dollars p/yr

some of them do , but most of them don't , and that's because they are not professional , their uniforms are plain and simple , usually one or two colors , so there would be no point

and I think there are some schools that have socks as part of their uniform

college players dont have a contract to wear certain apparel as the NFL does.
