Giuliani, McCain, Romney, likelihood in that order.
Impossible for a Democrat, unless at least Iran sent organized troops into Iraq and/or missiles into Israel.
Tony H: I believe there has not been a Congressional declaration of war since WWII, yet the US has managed to fight in Korea, Vietnam, Kuwait and now Iraq... Congress just can't say no to an Executive request for war powers, it seems.

Only Giuliani is likely to because he is getting advice and says he trusts the war hawks from the Bush administration and he thinks of himself as a tough guy.

If we have a brain, neither. THIS TIME, let the U.N. , the Arab Republic and the middle East handle it. If a nuclear warhead is developed, It's 1. Now what are they gonna do with 1?? Lord help them if they try to use it, because THAT war ends the day it begins.

Hopefully none of them if they have any intelligence about them whatsoever. It's Pakistan we have to worry about, not Iran. Pakistan already has nukes and their military is run by people who favor Bin Laden, al Qaeda and the Taliban.

Not one.
The Dem candidates certainly not.
I think the Republican candidates have all learnt their lesson from the Iraq fiasco.

Only congress can vote a "formal" declaration of war. If congress votes for the formal declaration of war..
Whoever is president will have to go!
BTW...Did you know that there never was one for Iraq????

Huckabee. Guy just admitted he has zero foreign policy credentials. He'd buy into the fearmongering even more than Bush has. Probably Romney as well.

None.
Especially since that recent intelligence report says they gave up their nuclear program.
