That hasn't been released on DVD yet (though bootleg DVD-Rs recorded from both the original broadcasts and [mostly] the 1990s Sci-Fi Channel reruns are floating around on the sci-fi/horror fan circuit and some bootleg DVD sites.

You are better off going to the tape-trade circuit for this one.
