I would have to say Quarabs(Quarter Horse/Arabian),lol. I know it isn't a pure breed but in mix breeds you get the best if both worlds, an awesome conformation from the Qh with, and you get the energy and drive from the arabian. and most of the time you get a qh calmness which can sometimes come in handy on trails but then again with the arab they usually have a get-up-an-go at the same time when called upon. So yea as I said defiantly a Quarab .

I love Arabians because they are so beautiful and wild at the same time.
I love Shires because they are so big and magestic.
I love Appaloosas because they are so unusual and remind me of the old Indians.
I love Friesians because they have all of the best things a horse can have: beauty, speed, and gracefullness.

I love all horses.

I have Arabs and love them - I was first attracted to their beauty & spirit. I've trained and worked many breeds over the years, but now only have arabians -- they've won me over. My first arab will turn 20 next year -- i've had him since before his first birthday. He has demonstrated a loyalty coupled with intelligence which has protected me and my family from harm on many occassions over the years. I also have a stallion who, as a two year old who hadn't been turned out in weeks because of a move [he had a 20x30 paddock], walked calmly with his front end, head down like an old gelding as my 3 sons [age 2, 4 & 9] walked him with an upsidedown halter to be turned loose in the arena [his backend was dancing all over the place but he was being so careful not to bump the kidlings!]
I would love to have a saddlebred and an andalusian someday -- I love their movement, but not until the arabs I have pass over the rainbow bridge.

I like Mustangs because they are intelligent horses and mine is very loyal.
I like Quarter Horses because they're the all American horse.
I like Arabians for their high-spirit.
I like Appaloosas for their markings.
I like Lipizzans because they are so majestic.
I love every kind of horse but there are definately my favorites.

i agree with the post about crosses. i love anyhting crossed with arab as you get the best of both, anglo arabs, morabs, quartabs, pintabians (though more arab than paints)
i would absolutely love a friesand cross arab but this would be very hard to get ''right'' :)

Quarter Horses hands down. They are so diverse. Usually great temperments. They come in every shape and size.
Awesome breed!

I love quarter horses. Especially since I do both dressage and hunter, and they are a good all round horse (they are also good for western riding too). I also love their big bums haha.

I also love Hanoverians. Usually so tall and beautiful, and I love their huge flowing strides.

Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds, for their performance in jumping and hunters (the discipline that I ride), but also Quarter Horses, since it was the breed of my first horse. :)
