Be specific. It would be better if it had a wind breaker layer on the inside, but what ever you think is the best kind. Could you give me the link to a site?

Mountain Hardwear makes a fleece made with Gore Windstopper material. This is probably the best fleece jacket available on the mass market. It is expensive, but it is very good.
LL Bean makes fleece jackets with Polartec WindBloc and WindPro materials. WindBloc is better than WindPro, but both are very good. They are less expensive than the Mountain Hardwear jackets. I have two LL Bean WindBloc fleece and one WindPro.
The North Face Denali Fleece is very popular, and can be warm if used as a mid layer. It is not windproof and contains no wind blocking laminate layers.

If you are willing to spend the dough. Definately get any Burton Fleece Jacket. Burton definately has the warmest fleece on earth in my opinion.

LL Bean :D Ive had mine for like 8 years now, they are an awesome company and make great stuff (pricey, but as I said, it is durable).
