Okay, what do people mean by this...
I am part of this forum thing and there is this comment shout board. People randomly keep saying just "HE" or "he"
Whenever I ask what it means, no one ever tells me!

Do you know what it could mean?

HE is the male pronoun, but in the case of your forum, the letters H and E probably stand for "something"...but I cannot think of anything intelligent they may stand for--except maybe HAPPY ENDING.

Perhaps its a new internet slang word that is related to the word woot, if so it might mean an expression of happiness or joy.

No I don't, but I bet the answer is in that forum's FAQ's, check it out.

If not, PM someone on the forum and see if they will tell you.

Good Luck!
