Square root of 9/144 is the same as the square root of 9 (3) divided by the square root of 144 (12) or 3/12 which is 1/4

Square root of 27/16. Same thing. Square root of 27 (hold on this one for a minute) divided by the square root of 16 (4) Twenty seven is 3*3*3. The square root of that is 3*square root of 3. The answer would be 3*(square root of 3)/4

1) √( 9/144) = √9/√144 = 3/12 = 1/4

2) √(27/16) = √27/√16 = (√9√3)/4 = 3√3/4

sqrt (9/144) = sqrt 9 / sqrt 144 =
3/12 = 1/4

sqrt 27/16 = 3sqrt3 / 4 = .75sqrt3
