this has happened to me before too when i decided to go off of the nuva ring for good. YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT! if i am reading it correctly, you did not continue with the next months ring at all. right? ok well.. its just taking your body time to get back on schedule by its self. its used to following the hormones in the ring which decide when your period is. it took me 2 months of skipped periods to get back on track. and it could possibly take up to 6 months before your body gets back into a normal schedule if you continue to NOT use the nuva ring. which is normal. so you're ok!! :)

are you deciding to not use the ring or any other birth control anymore? USE CONDOMS every time if so.

it scared me, i didn't know what was up. but i knew i wasn't pregnant because when it happened to me, i hadn't had sex in awhile.

As nothing is 100% effective except for abstinence you COULD be pregnant.
