The best thing you should do is just sit and think about yourself for a bit. We all have our lows, and some have more lows there others. I know how your feeling and I can relate. I just let myself feel bad for a while and try to just talk myself out of it. We're all good at something, sure we may not be the best at anything but you can't be horrible at everything. Find something you like doing and just remind yourself about how you actually enjoy and are good at what you do. If you keep telling your self you suck at something, you will actually unconsciously believe it more and more, and that won't make you feel any better. Get the right attitude on, just reminisce a bit. I feel when I just sit alone and think for a while, sleep on it, I feel better the next day.
That's just me though. Just hold your head up a little higher and tell yourself that you are good, just have some faith and believe a little.
Hope that helps

I had these same feelings for quite some time. I learned that I had to find what inspires me and what brings me joy. No one is ever truly good at something they don't like. The feelings that we feed are the ones that rule the day.
I was in a wheelchair until I was 20 and dealt with tons of negative self talk. I learned a great quote by Eleanor Roosevelt that really helped me at times. It says "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." Just stop agreeing with these ideas, no matter where they are coming from. Give it time. You'll find what you love to do.
This can also be a case of just doing things to please others. If you're doing that, it will not likely be good at it. There's playing baseball to please a parent and there's doing it because you're excited about it. If it's just to please someone then how can we ever be good at it? Your heart has to be in it.

You'll be surprise the quantity of thing you can do !
You begin saying "today... I help someone, or ...I learn all the name of european country or town, or... I wash 1 side of 1 window, ...". Just do it.
Only a small work (possible to do).
After "Today I find why I'm incompetent" and each day you make or learn 1 thing to improve your live, etc...
Nobody is good at anything !

I know people will just tell you to keep trying to find something that you can be good at, but maybe not everyone is suppost to be good at something.
Just do the things that make you happy and that you like to do, whether you're bad at them or not...
At least you will be happier... And look at the bright side - if you do things that make you the happiest, you'll be good at that!
Good Luck :0)

If you don't feel like you're good at anything, concentrate on something you LIKE to do, and become good at it. Practice, practice, practice.
