I don't follow...How the hell am I supposed to know if you'll be having twin boys or whatever! Just be happy that you can actually GET pregnant. Some people would give the world just to have a baby...Who cares what it is...Love it for the person it is!

You'll be pregnant when you conceive, and around 18-20 weeks an ultrasound will be able to tell you if it's a boy or not. Good luck.
