Basically, it doesn't have any rules.

Under a communist (NOT socialist) system, the concept of human rights/rights of the accused isn't recognized. Courts do have procedures--but are under no constraint to follow rules of evidence, allow defense testimony, or even allow a defense.

for convienience (thatis, to put on a convincing front) they usually do adhere more or less to procedures we might find acceptable--when it's not a case in which there are political overtones. Thus, a person accused of robbery migh t well get a more or less fair trial. but when there ar epolitical ramifications, its little more than a show trial--the verdict isset before the trial ever starts and its merely a ritual designed for public consumption.

I empahsized that this is distinct from jurisprudence in a social country because, although this is inherant in a communist system, it is not in a socialist one--but the two often et confused these days. Some socialist countries are dictatorships--and this sort of thing is the norm. Others, like Sweden or France, have strong protections of individual liberty and rights and don't engage in this sort of abuse.

Well, they have this really neat post out in a courtyard with a nice, bullet ridden wall behind it. They ask you nicely to put your hands behind the post and tightly hold onto a rope around your wrists. They then put a nice cloth over your eyes so you can't see "Lady Justice." Then they all count to three and........BAM.......commie justice!

When I'm president, I'll be bringing that form of "justice" to the good ole USSA!

You get accused of a crime and beaten..you get arrested thrown into jail and beaten...you go to court and get beaten..found guilty (even if you didn't do it..you're guilty for just coming to court)..you get sentenced, and beaten, to either death or life in hard labor (death).
