I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but I'm curious if anyone has heard any new information. Will Forsythe reconsider? Will another Champ Car team pick him up? Or will he sign into the Indycar Series for a shot at Indy?

Let's be fair, the Canadian is not the most popular driver in the World so a lot of teams won't touch him with a 10ft pole.

He's everybodies favorite driver to hate out there, I like the guy, I'm sure we will see him back in CART, they need some big names out there to keep it a float. I wouldn't mind him in IRL and have a shot a Indy, but not sure if that will happen..I'm sure here in the next couple weeks we will hear. Keep watching Speed TV on Sundays and the speed report on at 4pm on west coast so I guess thats 7pm on east coast. Robin Miller normally mentions something about CART and open wheel...One thing for sure, he'll be driving some where.. Out here in Calif at the race in Long Beach people love him.

It seems that Panther Racing mentioned their interest in him in an interview, so the world has gone all a'tither. PT and Forsythe have been tete-a-tete for days, ironing out the agreement (and I'd bet a fair buck they DO sign one.)
I believe that, if we ever see PT race in the IRL/ICS league, I'd have to eat a fair bit of crow. After losing the Indy 500 to Helio (under contest due to timing of a full-course yellow flag) he vowed he'd never set foot on IRL turf again.
I'd give an even bigger buck to see him in the IRL, tho ;<)

I have a hard time beleving any of the IRL teams would pick him up. I could see another CART team signing him but not IRL

I'd love to see him in the IRL, but my money is on him staying in CART... Not many teams want the guy.. he's got that "love-to-hate" persona
I was rootin' for him in his NASCAR Busch Series attempts.. but he just wasn't cut out for stock car racing I think.

The last I heard he was supposed to meet with Forsythe after the new year. Haven't heard any real news yet. I just have a hard time believing he would go to the IRL.
