Hemi is a combustion chamber design and has nothing to do with it being a V8,10,16 etc.

It is restricted to 2 valves per cylinder which is why it has never really gained any traction in the auto world.

Pent Roof is the combustion chamber design for 4 or 5 valves per cylinder and is the accepted standard.
