Kind of.
"No me preocupo, me ocupo." It's something like "I don't worry, I get busy (about that that could worry me)".
It's a good wordplay in Spanish although it has not much sense in English...

Absolutely- worry accomplishes nothing good, just gives you ulcers, stress and makes you ill. All in vain.
