With an electric razor, no. With a sharp blade razor and lubricating shave cream, generally no. With a dull blade, can be bloody. And keep the skin taut as you shave it to keep from nicking it. Short stubble is better than long stubble for shaving with a blade and not a factor for electric razors.

if your talking about your face no, if your talking bout your pubes yea. because thats a sensitive area and you can easily irritated and shaving down there everyday could cause an infection

i don't know i'm a girl but when i shave my legs everyday it nevr hurts. just gets dry but lotion fixs that problem.
