No, unless the razor's dull, in which case it can "catch" in places, and that hurts.

With an electric razor, no. With a sharp blade razor and lubricating shave cream, generally no. With a dull blade, can be bloody. And keep the skin taut as you shave it to keep from nicking it. Short stubble is better than long stubble for shaving with a blade and not a factor for electric razors.

No, it's actually easier to shave every day rather than let the stubble build up and then shave.

if your talking about your face no, if your talking bout your pubes yea. because thats a sensitive area and you can easily irritated and shaving down there everyday could cause an infection

i don't know i'm a girl but when i shave my legs everyday it nevr hurts. just gets dry but lotion fixs that problem.
