What would be the cost of these commercial rooftop units?
They are new, but two years old and never used.
Just a rough estimate will do.
Carrier 12 ton 48tme
Lennox 5 ton gc516

Get the warranty and then check goodman. The cost is less and the warranty is 5 times as much. By commercial you are meaning 3 phase. A 5 ton condenser is around 2500 and a 12 ton will depend on number of compressors and type. You should get a dual copeland scroll compressor condensor.

My friend bought residential ac and furnace 3 ton 6000 dollars it was Lennox hopes this helps! P S they installed it also!

What SEER, gas or electric heat? R22 or R410A, variable speed blowers or standard?
