IGNORE the people saying to get Adaware and Spybot (outdated and mediocre performance). Get SuperAntispyware Free Edition and Spyware Terminator (free) from www.download.com and your pop-ups are gone. Both of these programs will keep your computer clean and malware free.Try it for yourself. Trust me!

Maybe that pop-up is just an ad? Just get a decent anti-virus (like Norton) and it will protect you from viruses + spyware.

You may be having a virus or spyware installed on your PC. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

You probably are infected by spyware, the best thing to do is to go to windows update and loof for free antispyware in there. If this does not work, and it should, the you should probably perform a system recovery which will reset your computer to the manufacturer settings. this can be doen by goign to search and typing system recovery. Good Luck!

The warning is caused by a malware. Never follow the link on the popup. I suggest you to run AVG Anti-virus together with Avast Anti-virus. Avast is good for internet and network protection while AVG is good for real-time protection. Good luck.

Ignore the popups....they are simply scare tactics trying to bait you into clicking to their sites.....if you want REAL spyware/adware protection, try LAVASOFT AD-AWARE or SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY. Google for the links.
