Is there a way for me to prevent a person from deleting the history on my computer?

I think somebody is using my computer for the internet and snooping in my files. I know, use a password. I do but we all know how easy it is to get past that.

So is there a way for me to lock the history or maybe even bring back a deleted history?

Not possible to lock your history.

If you believe that you have a keylogger on your PC, why don't you download A2Squard Free version out of Austria.

Will detect, worms, keyloggers, rogue dialers, spyware, adware, trace spyware, etc. etc. You have to perform manual updates with the free version. Excellent all around antispyware protection.

You cannot block erasing histroy. But IE stores web browsed websites in a file called index.dat. You can use index.dat analyzer to read these index.dat files.
