swapping lives with another family?

is there any website that give info on familys that trade residence with an abroad family for a year or so..... i guess kinda like a foreign exchange family

I don't know of anyone who does this for a year, but it is common to swap residences for vacations. Look at HomeExchange.com. I should point out that it is more likely that people would switch with you if you have a mansion in the Malibu Colony than if you have an apartment in DesMoines!
