Some other tetrahedral molecules are NH4 and PO4(3-), although the phosphate ion will be a little distorted because the negatively ionized oxygen atoms will push a little apart from each other.

Other trigonal planar molecules are BH3, CH2O, and CO3(2-), but only the boron hydride will be an equilateral triangle.
