i am a stay home mom and babysitter. i do the samething everyday day after day. but the one thing i do for myself is clean up and fix my makeup and hair everyday so i do feel better. do it for yourself and do things that make you happy. noone can do this for you. you have to do it for yourself.you break yur usual. get out and enjoy life. go have your hair done something different and fun and live.

No you did not let yourself go, but you have low self-esteem. Here are my tips:
take a shower everyday
wash your face with cold water
brush your teeth with minty and icy toothpaste
drink water
call up your friends
exercise!
