I am denied access the buildings that I built and paid for (to shelter me and my possesions).

I was promised a safe home ( I am disabled-heart damage). Their (addict)adult children moved back home and stole from me to support their drug habits, etc.. My brother and his wife denied it until it was proven to them. My brother, and his wife, are also guilty of stealing from me, and allowing themselves and their offspring to abuse me. Their sons confessed to, or were caught in the act of crimes by, BOTH parents. I was threatened that I would loose my home if I didn't let them handle the situation. The abuse continued and I fled for safety.

They have treated me as though I betrayed "family" by my naive ideology of right and wrong.

The 8 acres of land are in his "wife's" name. I have receipts to prove that I paid for the improvements to their property. It is well known that I was to live the rest of my life on their land. That is why I invested over $20,000.00 of my inheritance in a trailer and 2-story partially enclosed building for myself. It was MY HOME until they turned aganst me for expecting them to return or replace the money and/or items that were stolen, damaged or destroyed by them and their invited guests.

The first thing you want to do is call the legal aid agency nearest to where you live. They might not take any new cases until after the new year but it would be in your best interest to call them. You can find the closest one to you by using www.yellowpages.com or by simply searching it on Yahoo or Google. From there, speak to a lawyer and get their legal opinion. If you can prove that they promised to shelter you and then kicked you out because of drug addicts then it sounds to me like you've got a case against them, for costs of your property, medical bills and emotional distress they caused you. Good luck!

I feel your pain. Both of my brothers are out to get me and cause me to lose everything since both our parents passed away. I am too emotionally unstable to deal with fighting back at them. I really need to pull it together. I hope you can do the same.

Sounds like you need to completely disconnect from this so called "family"! Sounds like you need to see an attorney and look into the possibility of filing charges against them.

Go to the police. If you're the legal owner of the property and can prove it, you can have them evicted.
