You need to mod your PSP. Once you get the custom firmware, you can run homebrew, like FCE (Nintendo Emulator). Go to this site im going to give you and click "forums". In there, there are tutorials on how to do this. These programmers know what their doing, so its really hard to mess up your PSP. Good luck!
