Have the deletion monkeys been at work again? Just had two perfectly innocuous questions censored and wiped out by the thin skins again! They were "Are feminist attitudes confusing?" and "Why does the BBC promote feminism and political correctness?" To those who had given answers to either of these questions I apologize for the inconvenience.

"Are feminist attitudes confusing?" has now been reposted (sorry but all those excellent answers haven't)

[char] Okay, let's see the limerick!

Just been violated again. My question (which was in voting) has gone, gone, gone. "Are feminists more lesbian or more lemnian?", sort of mythological humour about the Greek islands of Lesbos and Lemnos. Does the spite never end?!

Does anyone know how I could save answers simply, without arduously having to copy and paste?

"Are feminist attitudes confusing?" has been violated for the second time presumably by the same half-bakeds (sorry all those answers have been lost again)

I'm not happy with all the questions that are deleted. There aren't any right or wrong questions. I don't think we get enough questions through here to delete them. I just got here. That's a shame for all the people who took the time to answered also. Please appeal those so that the person will have less influence in the future. I'll stop by the appeals forum to support you.

1.Yes. 2, Yes, they have. 3. Yes. The precepts aren't carved in stone and weren't dictated from a burning bush.(no pun intended.) 4. Media knows what groups have purchasing power. 5. They were monkeffaced before I could post.

I wrote a limerick, but I wiped it to save someone the trouble.

C. :)!!

That explains why you reposted the question...neither were outrageously offensive or violating some stupid community guideline.

That's the trend here. The interesting questions get deleted and all the crappy ones manage to survive.

Now, honestly, what would be wrong with those? Feminist attitudes ARE confusing, as we don't all share one brain, and promoting feminism and political correctness is by no means a bad thing (in moderation), but the questions were perfectly legit!

And there I was hoping for best answer....to that first one (yeah right). Now I'll never know.
Some folks enjoy getting things deleted, Just forget it. An appeal is a waste of time, just ask them again and everyone will surely answer.

Oh man, looks like it, and those were good questions too which I was thinking to answer. Get em appealed, and best of luck in the process.

That's unfortunate...those sounded like decent questions, ones worth answering...better than the same ol' same ol's we keep seeing with a recycled twist and generalized slant.
I was surprised to see the one about granny panties and sweatpants deleted also.
I mean heaven forbid we should talk about fabric.

Too bad about the censorship.

Well my answer to your first question would be:

Yes. Changing your viewpoints 180 degrees when it suits your agenda is confusing.

Hypocrisy is always confusing. To be supposedly against sexism & put fourth horribly sexist literature, policies, and attitudes towards men is very confusing.

The answer to your second question:

The same reason all of the news & media outlets do it here in the US. Women are the primary demographic for anything that involves consumerism. Feminists have positioned themselves as the speakers for and saviors of women. As a result, the media bows to their demands & acts to appease them.

...& don't forget old fashioned chivalry.

Those sound like great questions. Sorry I missed them. I don't understand why questions that open discussion are taken off. Keep posting these great questions.

Are you serious? I never got to see those questions, and they sound interesting. I wish I had the chance to answer them (or to at least read them!) before they got deleted! What confounds me is that questions like "problem with my boyfriend" (the one about the girl who wants to kick her boyfriend in the nuts and who posted a pic of his balls) remains, while yours got deleted. Is there any justice in this forum?
