My personal favourites are Vans. Vans Slip-ons for comfort and style, Vans Sk8 Hi's for style. I also wear Macbeths and Nikes (but not Air Force Ones/Jordans/Shocks.)
I don't like Nike Shocks, Uggs, Slippers, or cleats...period. Except I once saw a dad wearing Uggs, they looked great on him. Obviously if you're an athlete and you're wearing Shocks or cleats I wouldn't mind.
I like high tops in general and Converses look great but I'm tired of them...seen them too much.
I don't like flip flops on myself, don't mind them on other people.
I wear Crocs occasionally because I love ugly/childish clothes (Bill Cosby sweaters, fanny packs, slap bracelets, etc.) Don't like them on older people...kids are adorable in them. Moms rock Crocs.
Ballet flats are okay...honestly I'm a bit tired of them but hey, better than Converses.
Sperry Topsiders are awesome, no complaints.
Heels - wouldn't know but I hear they're uncomfortable. I don't like wedge shoes or chunky heels, but other heels are okay.

I like most of them:
converse, nike shocks (don't own them tho), heels, vans, uggs(don't own them...too expensive!), slippers, and of course flip flops.
