I will be moving with my parents and also starting my freshman year at the University of Colorado. Does anyone have any tips for moving or starting school?

Well when moving to Denver or any where you:
1 want a realtor (hunthomes.com is a great service check-em out: i moved here with them and loved them the whole time!)
2 need to know whether you like the city or the suburbs, Aurora is a good suburb of Denver if you know what your doing and where your looking.
3 you need to know your budget, if you have a lower budget i'd move to a suburb there is great investment opportunity in the suburbs right now because the market is down a bit lower than average
4 what kind of transportation do you have? do you have a car? do you want to walk or do you want to use public transportation (rtd, park and ride) this could make or break your dream house.

and some general denver tips are:

drink water
wear sunscreen
walk downtown a few times
go to a concert at red rocks
go hiking in the mountains
take up photography? there is always something interesting to take pictures of here.
buy a humidifier
wear lots of lotion
make sure you adjust to high altitude when baking
stand on the steps of the capital so you are exactly a mile high (5280feet)
go explore the history (mines and such)
