Name that film!!.....?

Question

Im trying to find the name of a film which was in UK cinemas around 2002-3 and was about/contained a 'fire djinn'. 'Fire djinn' was not in the title. Any ideas?

...sounds like perhaps you might be referring to one of the latter "Wishmaster" movies; if I recall correctly, it's either the third or fourth film in the series, where the evil djinn confers with a counsel of other evil djinn, who were waiting impatiently to be set free...and when they were shown, it seemed that they were on fire...

...in fact, it sounds very much like the fourth film, "Wishmaster 4: The Prophecy Fullfilled", from 2002...
