or in other words, why did he think the executive was going to be less "corruptible" than the legislative?please answer simply.thanks!this link might help but i cant find the answer.

The executive department is perceived to be the most powerful department so it is less corruptible rather than the Legislature.

.... I don't see that. But perhaps it might be because the Executive Branch is pretty much controled by one man. There's no where to hide.
