People being indifferent to the pain of others, anywhere, in public, in private, wherever.
That is worse than burns, amputations, ringworm, foreign bodies in weird places, boils, trauma to various regions of the body, animal bites...anything that a human can suffer, the grossest thing is seeing someone be indifferent to others' suffering.

A dead opossum that I found alongside the road one time. It was already super stinky, smelly, bloated and covered in maggots when I found it. Then I got this great idea to throw a rock at it - causing it to burst open with this whitish-yellowish-greenish gloop running out of it. Ew, and the smell that came out when the gas was released....ugh. It could make a person vomit from 50 yards away.
How else is one to amuse oneself in rural Pennsylvania?

Ive seen allot of gross things cuz i worked at a marina and if you know what a mink carcase looks like when its defrosted

Dead mangled bodies on the freeway.I was a truck driver for 10 years.Saw lots of those.The worst was 2 body bags and guts inbetween.Found out it was someones kid that I worked with.2 body bags.1person.So sad.He was on his motorcycle and got hit by a truck.

We went on vacation in FL and this old drunk guy was walking around our hotel pool with his boxers on and had diarrhea dripping down his leg And then he got in the pool to rinse it off IT WAS SO SICK!!! And there was so many people there too. Ugh I get sick just thinking about it.
