Dividing fractions means multiply by the reciprocal

(2x^2+5x-12) /(9x^2-16) times (3x^2-x-4) /(2x^2-7x+6)

(2x-3)(x+4) (3x-4)(x+1)
----------------------------------- =
(3x-4)(3x+4) (2x-3)(x-2)

(2x-3)(3x-4)(x+4)(x+1)
------------------------------- =
(2x-3)(3x-4)(3x+4)(x-2)

(x+4)(x+1)
--------------
(3x+4)(x-2)

Let's start factorizing the four polynomials:

2x^2 + 5x – 12 = (x + 4)(2x - 3)
9x^2 – 16 = (3x - 4)(3x + 4)

2x^2 – 7x + 6 = (x - 2)(2x - 3)
3x^2 – x – 4 = (3x - 4)(x + 1)

Now we divide,

[ (x + 4)(2x - 3) ÷ (3x - 4)(3x + 4) ] / [ (x - 2)(2x - 3) ÷ (3x - 4)(x + 1) ]
= (x + 1)(x + 4) ÷ (x - 2)(3x + 4)

=(2x-3)(x+4)/(3x+4)(3x-4) * (3x-4)(x+1)/(2x-3)(x-2)
=(x+4)(x+1)/(3x+4)(x-2)
