Are you happy the way society has gone?

Question

So many immigrants it's difficult to understand people.
Being gay is classed as more normal than being straight.
The ability not to discipline the younger generation.
The Government stabbing everyone in the back with the EU.
Lack of respect from younger generations.
Local Government costing twice as much for half the service.
Police and NHS only interested in targets.
The victim has less rights than the criminal.
Free speech has gone.
Democracy is an anagram for dictatorship.

The list is endless but why has everything gone down the drain?

Your question is quite biased. Why are you afraid of diversity? Why should gays be considered less "normal" than other people? Who is preventing you from disciplining your kids? I could go on, but I won't.

This is the attitude people get from listening to the news too much. The truth is, most of the young people I actually know are very nice and respectful. I still have free speech and I think few people feel that gay is more normal than straight.

I have to agree the local taxes have gone up but I don't think the services have gone down. I do feel our government is in a bit of a mess and that the Euros could become the currency in reserve instead of the dollar if we aren't really careful right now. I don't think everything is down the drain yet. Can't give up that easily.

I agree with you, however I am not ignorant & do respect / enjoy other cultures but have hatred for England being England. Don't worry about it, do what I do just live your life outside soceity & not their rules. I've lost my passport loads of times in a show of no respect, don't worry about it. Live in the world of your friends & family of an inner soceity. If you don't like someone you don't have to talk to them? I do it all the time, told many policemen & others I don't like you so either f..k off or let me walk, have they done anything, no?? But come on the NHS? those guys deserve the world they are truly amazing!!! Say what you say, talk to only those you like, I really beleive that some people don't deserve to breath shame we cannot put them out of their misery. I feel your hatred.

in every where in the world red used discipline
we can't blame red used so city's responsibility also there
full responsibility give to local government they will take care
targets is not important common man will not suffer

no friend in all Democratic countries have free speech

I know. I yen for the times when life was a little more dangerous but simpler. Health and safety has killed anything adventurous in this life. The number of times I have been told
"Oh no, I'm afraid you can't do this, that or the other, without a certificate/licence/piece of flaming paper. You have to have a licence to botty burp these days. It's driving me crazy.

Health and safety laws
Political correctness (gone to extremes)
too many hand outs for too many free loaders
lack of respect for each other
not being able to discipline children, without being criticised.
