try t-mobile you have to go in to one of their retail store for this and ask about flex pay. the only problem with this is you will be paying full retail for your phone, you wont get those deals for signing a contract. Flex pay is for people w bad credit but its not a contract. or you could try metro pcs if you have any by you.

It depends on what you consider a high price. I have bad credit and was able to get a phone from Sprint by putting down a $150 deposit that was credited back to my account after I had the phone for a year. Cingular wanted a $750 deposit.

Try this company:
http://www.dotcommwireless.com
My son and I use them- national coverage, no contracts, no deposits and no credit checks.
They have rates as low a s 3 cents per minute which sure beats all the other pre-pay options

doubtful.... since you say you have "bad credit" why would any cell phone company want to extend credit ???? prepaid will limit your use but is that a bad thing???
