like for example i droped a cigarrete on a car seat is there anything i can buy to take it off? please help

You can't 'clean it'. BUT, you can probably take nail clippers and clip out the burnt parts. I did this to my old apartment...it worked. Just be patient.

The burn caused a change in the fibers, there is no way to "clean it off". Either patch the fabric, buy a new car seat, or live with it and be more careful.

a burn is not a stain but rather a burn. You would have to cut it out and replace the fabric.
