a primer for your eyes, from smashbox or mac. this will give continuous hours of the shadow staying put and it gives it a smooth finish! :D

I use a cream shadow, which makes the loose powder stay on for about 10 hours or so. I put the light shaded cream on as a base for my eyeshadow, then apply the glimmer powder on top. It really makes my eyes glow, & it lasts a whole day without touch-ups. Avon makes a good cream pencil for around $10.

Ruby and milly matt base. i use bone colour.
it is quite oily and sticky ( not as bad as it sounds) so the loose glitter powder doesnt fall off
