They are both beautiful names, both common, both simple, pretty, and easy to spell. Ultimately I would say Hannah.

There are a lot of Hannahs out there. I would go with Isabel. Its not as common as Hannah. My baby sister that died 1 day after she was born was named Isabel Rose! So I really LOVE the name Isabel. Its very pretty name too.....

Hannah Isabel is a nice first and middle name combination.

I like both names!! Those were names I was seriously considering naming my kids one day!!!! I love the name Hannah but it is very popular and sometimes boring! Isabel is more exotic and model-ish! I wish I were named Isabel!! LOL! Great question!

Isabel. Hannah is becoming too trendy because of Hannah Montana and all of that... Isabel is cool too because it can be for any ethnicity, and won't go out of style.
