No it's not legal, and no they wouldn't be able to use it against you. Any time somebody wants to record a conversation they ask if it's okay to record the conversation.

Depends on the state. Some states follow a one party system, while others follow a two party system.

Some states allow it, some do not. All states forbid the taping of two parties by a third party...need a warrant for that.

I DONT THINK IT IS LEGAL?. IT IS VERY WRONG AND THAT PERSON CAN GET IN TROUBLE LEGALLY....
