Depends if the man feels comfortable doing so. Also depends on whether he does this in private or public as the public display of a man wearing pink ballet slippers will get more attention. Would it make a difference if the ballet slippers were another color? Perhaps black?

Maybe he got up really tired and just got dressed slipped on shoes he left by the door and went out to the store not even realizing he put on his wifes ballet slippers she wore around the house. You might just be making a big deal about someone who was just really tired out trying to get through life.
or maybe he's a cross dresser ;-0

Well there is nothing wrong with it as long as you draw the line there and don't move up to a tutu and leotard.
Even this might be ok as long as you didn't pass in front of a window where neighbors could be shocked and appalled at it.

Everyone has there own little thing that is peculiar. I'd live the slippers at home however unless you like creating attention :)

If he's secure enough in his manhood to do so, go for it. It's strange and not very fashionable, but if he's comfy who cares? Maybe he had some sort of surgery and those are the only shoes that fit.

Men should feel free to wear whatever they like. If they like lemon or pink jumpers, the they should wear them and have fun doing it.
