Umm. So you ask us to tell you whether a document you found online is believable but you don't post a link to the document. How do you expect us to tell you whether it's believable?

Your cousin is a moron. There is no such document and the government did not create the AIDS virus. You are giving them much more credit than they deserve. They aren't God and they cannot create life. Anything he showed you was false. Remember you cannot believe everything on the internet.

USA has done stupid stuff and smart stuff, but there is no way in hell that USA created aids. Like someone said it was from a African chimpazi.
And beside if they say in that document that they created AIDS that is a mistake. AIDS is a disease, so they must of created they virus HIV. and if it was an official document they would of specified that they created HIV and not AIDS.
Beside USA Is not that stupid they would of stoped it if was true so it is wrong.

Seriously, the only virus that can be created is a computer virus.

I would be very intrested in the document, I am aware of this and the virus was not to get into the human population, but monkeys were experimented with and one bit a human,,, and the evolutuion began... a flight attendandt brought it to america,,, can you email me the link
