I don't know when the next election will be (especially since Brown chickened out last time - ha ha, gonna be all the worse for him).
But what can be done to get rid of him ASAP?
(legally of course...)

Robert - I suggest it is you who doesn't remember the last tory government, your description is obviously from you own distorted imagination.
The country never rejected Thatcher; whereas the country have never approved Brown.

As mentioned, the next election. Note though, there are going to be local elections soon, if Labour gets really hammered in them, then MP's may get rid of Brown even sooner. I doubt it will happen until after the next election, assuming Labour is removed from government then.

If he carries on being a Pratt. the chances are that his own party will get rid of him.
They'll have to do it pretty soon.Because they need a good run to the next election to convince the voters that they NEVER agreed with a single ONE of Brown's policies.
And the new Pratt will need time to demonstrate that he's a REALLY "Good Egg"
And that HE,neither, agreed with Brown OR Blair!
They will also need time to give us the spiel about:
"Draw a line under"
and:
"Lessons will be Learned"
"Steps will be taken"
"Listen to the Voice of the People!"
Poofs and Muzzies will be told to keep their friggin' mouths shut (for the time being,of course!) so as not to frighten Daily Mail Readers.
The trouble IS that Downing Streets Director of Political Strategy is in the throes of a "Hissy-Fit"
Because Gay Gordon "shouted at him"
At the beginning of December ,Spencer Livermore (the Gay Director) was "badly scarred" and had to be led away in tears after the "shouting at"
He was last heard of being "comforted by fwiends"
How sweet!
Apparently,not all Labourites are:
"Battle-scarred Veterans.hardened and tempered in the white heat of Revolution!
Street-Fighters extraordinaire!"
Ernst Roehm! Horst Wessel! Thou Should'st be living in this Hour!

Wait until the next elections in 2009. Or get you MP's to vote no confidence and bring them forward.
Other then that I can only see a revolution and that ain't legal.

Legally?
If working within the confines of legality allowed any change, do you really think that we would be in this state in the first place?

prime ministers aren't football managers. you can't just get rid of them willy-nilly. unless there's a major revolt by the labour MP's (very, very unlikely) or he resigns due to some public disgrace (also quite unlikely.) so it looks like he'll be with us until 2009 or 10 at least.

Go to number 10 and drag him out by the scruff of his corrupt and inept neck. Kick his a**e and tell him he is a "pretender" he was never elected, he has no mandate from the people, therefore he is governing under false pretences. Add to this that the electorate is sick and tired of being "nannied", taxed to the hilt, and taking second place to the freeloading immigrants. (not all of them before you start!) The people are sick to the back teeth of being told they are destroying the planet and "super" taxed accordingly. Why does every energy saving strategy mean less choice and more cost for us? Ask him where our promised referendum on the EU went to. Why he is now promising to make changes when his party has already had years to make them. If he has any moral conscience he will hang his head in shame and resign. I will not be voting for the other two either... Different parties same ****. If a UKIP candidate does not stand in my neck of the woods I shall be writing "none of the above" on my ballot paper.

Yes, PP lets vote the Tories in so that more council houses can be sold off and more desperate homeless families who lose their houses to mortgage repossession can be thrown on the "mercy" of you private landlords. Charge 'em what you like, they have no choice but to pay it and you'll make a killing! Better start booking those foreign holidays . . .

DO NOT VOTE CONSERVATIVE!!!!! i am completely astounded at why anyone in their right mind would do that! talk about irresponsible. its alright for th able and filthy rich but tyell me, what happens if you've got two young children, your husband's in a wheelchair after a horrific paragliding accident and you haven't got two pennies to rub together. the conservatives think its not their problem. they've abolished any kind of help you can get like free health care and benefits so what can you do? your kids can't even get free education anymore. who will help you? its not your fault you can't earn after all. not the conservatives thar's for sure. so its alright for you rich and able people to say " ooooh yeah go conservative" but if we took david cameron from his pretty house and wel-off family and eton background (the man was brn with a silver spoon his mouth) and put him in that position he would go running back to old labour and would never return to his capitalist values.
Just need to reply to this post.
You obviously aren't aware David Cameron has a disbaled daughter are you?
