I am tobacco free 2 years tomorrow. That was the best resolution I ever kept. All the later petty stuff is just who I am and will always be. I do plan to get back to the gym as often as I did 6 months ago, and maybe even find someone to put up with me.. But those are just the exrtas. Life is good, and I know it!

I don't believe in making New Years Resolutions. As you put it, they get broken. Then you feel bad about breaking a promise to yourself. I have enough problems, I need to guilt myself.

i do no longer make New twelve months resolutions using fact i believe that in case you have sufficient verify, then you definately might have made up your concepts to be doing those issues already and on 1st January you will only proceed to do them as in the previous!

a couple of years ago, i made a resolution to never again make a new year's resolution. so, NONE!
