i was pulling a friend out of a mud hole i was in second gear the front wheel swere in the air and i herd a snap front end came down the clutch was really hard to pull in afterwerds and it wouldent return properly i had to work it with 2 hands went home tor it down one of my clutch plates was missing about 1 inch of it so did not make complet cyrcle the fiber disk is the one im talking about i lokated the mising piece and replaced it with a new disk inspected everything else looks great put all back together clutch works good other than i still have to use 2 hands to pull it in ive tor it down a few time yet cant find anything please help im lost and it probly somthin stupid please lmk......

With everything together, remove the clutch cable from the engine and try to move the lever (on the engine) with a pair of pliers or adjustable wrench.
If it's still hard, that rules out the cable and clutch lever (handlebars).
When the disc broke, it could have put a dent in the clutch cover, pressing on the lifter rod.
Some clutch debris could have damaged the rod's bearing.
The bearing could be clogged up and only gets tight when applying pressure to the clutch lifter rod.
Remove the cover, wedge something behind the rod and try to turn it .
That will tell you if it gets restricted when under a load.
