Reyes is a real force on the basepaths. He can change a game in the running game. But really Rollins isn't that far off in that category. Rollins was only caught 6 times compared to 41 SB. Reyes was caught an astonishing 21 times compared to 78 SB. Until he can get that down a bit, he is running his team out of games. Rollins has quite a bit more power at this point in his career, although Reyes will eventually catch up in that department. So really it comes down to this..Reyes is 25, while Rollins is 30. Reyes gets the nod because he is 5 years younger and can only get better, while Rollins has prolly hit his peak.

Reyes: .280, 12HR, 57RBI, 78SBS, 36 2bs, 12 3bs, .362 OBP
Rollins: .296, 30HR, 94RBI, 41SBs, 38 2bs, 20 3bs, .344 OBP

I would want Reyes becuase he's younger but Rollins statistically is better. Rollins has more power, hits for a better average and steals bases too- just not as many as Reyes. Both are preet Identical on fielding.

J-Roll I think Reyes is the 3rd best in the NL East. Rollins is by far a better all around player.

Rollins is 29 years old and has had some good years and some mediocre years while Reyes is young with a huge upside. I would give the edge to Reyes at this time in their careers. However, I would take Hanley Ramirez ahead of both of them.

Jimmy Rollins is better. .296, 30HR, 94RBI 139 Runs 41 SB. Hes a contender for a 40/40 year and hes a better fielder than Reyes in my opinion.
