My mom is phsyco and she is threatening to sue me if I don't take down picstures of me and my half sister on my myspace. They are not bad/dirty pictures at all and they were taken with my camera at will.

If she doesn't want them on there, why not respect her wishes and just take them off. That would be the right thing to do.

If you do not have a model release you can be sued. If your sister or you are under 18 your parents are the only ones who could legally sign a model release for you. If your sister is under 18 and you are over, your mother could sue you.

If the pictures were taken with your camera, then you are the legal copyright owner and there's nothing that anyone can do to force you to remove the pictures. Perhaps you should threaten to sue your mom for harassment.

If you are a minor living at home she can take your computer priviliges away if you don't remove them. That's what I would do....pretty sure my kids would take them down pretty quickly (although they know better than to put pictures of themselves online anyway).
