That depends on your definition of power...
We all have secrets, things that we consider sacred or, things that we would just rather not talk about.
I have a difficult time giving anyone power over me, in any form.
Divulging personal confidences when in a position of trust is not a good thing! That in it's self would be harmful, yes?
Interesting Question!

Yes, don't spend more than you earn. It's a powerful secret, because a lot of people don't seem to follow that advice.

You bet, but I cannot tell a soul. They could harm several people and that I will not do.

I have a few powerful secrets. But they're only secrets because people tend to go to sleep when I try to tell them.

No powerful secrets here. I don't like secrets. They usually hurt someone.

Well if you eat about 20 to 30 garlic cloves at dinner, afterwards every time you open your mouth to say something to some one it will be very powerful. And if you happen to fart it will probably clear an entire building. Now that is true power.
