i have not heard from him at all, i think thats because there is a no contact order while he is incarcerated, and the phone calls are blocked. He gets released in 3 months and thats when I'm due. I'm pretty sure he wanted the baby, but i also know he's got to be PIST at me for pressing charges. He didn't fit the stalker profile, just the jealous abusive jackass profile, but factoring in his baby I'm not sure if he can let that one go

Neither you or your baby needs this type of disruption in your life. Talk to an attorney about getting an order of protection. He still has to be financially responsible for the child but you can insist that all visitation be supervised by family services. That will avoid him having any contact with you.

alright first off Toddzilla must have little man problems...i didnt like or care for his hateful response.
Anyway, I ve been in a abusive relationship ..He will come back ..i m sure....
if you get back with him, he will continue to do this same thing...
UNLESS benefit of doubt... this has only happened 1 time. 1 time!! He might just need anger control/management classes.
BUT if he has done this more than 1 time I can guarantee you that this will sooner or later happen again.

you NEED to get a restraining order. for you and your baby. It may just be a piece of paper, but if he goes beyond the point, he can go to jail, for quite sometime. Make sure he's aware of that.
He hurt you, while you were pregnant. If he tries to take you to court for custody you bring that up! Keep him the hell out of your and your baby's life.

Aww.. Hun, I'm really sorry. It sounds like a bad situation. :(
I'd get a restraining order on him. Tell the courts/your lawyer/the police that your afarid. Call the cops and see if they can drive by your house everyonce in a while. Get more locks on your doors/windows.

You should file a protection from abuse order right away if you didn't already file it when this first happened. Please don't go by if he "fits" the stalker profile. If he beat you when you were 3 months pregnant with his own child then he is capable of ANYTHING!!!! For your safety and for your childs safety please don't put yourself in another unsafe situation by getting back with him. TRUST ME if he did it once he WILL do it again!!

I wouldn't want to be in your position but everything will be okay. If I were you, I would order of protection against him. Good luck with the baby though.

if you have a no contact order or restanging order then he cant com near you so he will have to see his baby some other way good for you for pressing charges

sounds scary. i would get an order of protection against him when he gets out. sounds like you have every right to.
